BASIC PHILOSOPHY AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
Our contract fully complies with the provisions of the Law on Attorneys and the Code of Obligations and emphasizes that the relationship between the client and our office is not only a technical process, but also a cooperation based on Ethical Conscience.

CRITICAL PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES OF THE AGREEMENT

Scope of Service and Out-of-Scope Transactions
- Power of Representation: The agreement covers litigation, execution proceedings or legal consultancy services determined within the framework of the powers granted by the power of attorney.
- Out of Scope Transactions: For a new legal transaction outside the scope (a new lawsuit, a different enforcement proceeding), an additional contract or an additional written protocol is required.
- Area of Responsibility: The legal service is limited to the follow-up of legal processes and defense of the client's interests within the framework of the determined strategy. The legal outcome is not guaranteed. Pursuant to the Attorneyship Law, the lawyer's commitment is not to win the case, but to perform the service in accordance with the duty of care.
- Litigation Expenses: The attorney's fee does not cover expenses such as litigation fees, notification costs, expert witness fees, discovery costs, travel and accommodation. These costs are borne by the client as stated on our Fee Schedule page.

Pricing and Payment Terms
- Fee Type: It is clearly stated whether the fee agreed in the contract is Fixed (Fixed) or Proportional (Based on Achievement).
- Payment Terms: Whether the fee will be paid in advance or in installments, the maturities of the installments and the payment method are clarified in the contract.
- Proportional Fee Limit: In cases where the subject matter is money, a proportional fee is determined within the legal limits set by the Attorneyship Law (provided that it does not exceed 25%).
- Attorney Fee: The legal attorney fee imposed by the court on the other party is completely independent from the fee determined by the contract and belongs to the lawyer by law.

Termination of the Contract
The conditions for the termination of the contract are defined in the Law on Attorneys:- Completion of Service: The contract is terminated upon the complete conclusion of the litigation or consultancy matter.
- Dismissal (Termination by the Client): The client has the right to dismiss the attorney with or without cause. In the event of dismissal, the fee provisions in the contract and the status of the expenses incurred shall apply.
- Resignation (Termination by Attorney): The lawyer resigns from the attorneyship based on a justified reason. The right to resign is exercised in a manner that protects the client's rights.
