REMUNERATION PRINCIPLES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The remuneration for legal consultancy and advocacy services is determined by the nature and scope of the services provided and the effort required. All of our pricing policies are in full compliance with the Lawyers' Minimum Fee Tariff (ALMT) published annually by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB).
Information for the Strategic Mind:
Instead of simply summarizing a legal text, our articles analyze the commercial risks of the issue, its possible consequences (Foreseeability), and the next strategic step to take.

REMUNERATION PRINCIPLES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The remuneration for legal consultancy and advocacy services is determined by the nature and scope of the services provided and the effort required. All of our pricing policies are in full compliance with the Lawyers' Minimum Fee Tariff (ALMT) published annually by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB).

  • Service Type
    Verbal Counseling:
    This is a service provided verbally on a specific legal issue at the office or on an on-call basis.
    It is determined hourly according to the duration of the consultancy.

    Written Consultancy:
    It is a consultancy service that requires detailed research and analysis of a specific legal issue, with the results presented in a written report or opinion.
    It is determined according to the scope of the work and the time spent.
  • Litigation and Follow-up Fees:
    Fixed Fee (Fixed Fee):
    A fixed fee agreed at the outset for work of a specific scope, such as litigation, contract drafting, or legal management ofa particularc project. This fee is determined based on the complexity and anticipated duration of the work and is clearly stated in the Legal Advice and Advocacy Agreement.

    Relative Fee (Fee Based on Success):
    It is determined in addition to the fixed fee in cases and proceedings whose subject matter can be measured in money. This fee is defined as a percentage of the value obtained at the end of the lawsuit or proceeding within the legal limits set by the Attorneyship Law (provided that it does not exceed 25%).
  • Costs and Expenses (Separate from Attorney's Fees)
    The attorney's fee does not cover expenses such as fees, notification expenses, expert witness fees, discovery costs, travel and accommodation expenses that must be incurred during litigation and follow-up processes. The client bears such costs and can be requested before the start of the process or documented and requested during the process.

    Important Note: The legal attorney's fee imposed by the court on the other party is entirely independent of the cost determined by the contract between the parties and is the lawyer's by law.

    • Istanbul Bar Association Fee Tariffs (2024-2025)
