On this page, you can clearly find our fee structure for our legal services and the necessary banking information to facilitate payment processes. Our aim is to ensure that the professional relationship with our clients has a predictable and understandable financial framework from the outset.
The pricing of our legal consultancy and advocacy services is determined according to the nature and scope of the services provided and the effort required. All of our pricing policies are in full compliance with the Lawyers' Minimum Fee Tariff published annually by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.

Consultancy FeeVerbal Counseling: This is a consultancy service provided verbally on a specific legal issue at our office or at an on-call location. Pricing is determined hourly according to the duration of the consultancy.
Written Consultancy: This is a consultancy service that requires detailed research and analysis on a specific legal issue and where the results are presented as a written report or opinion. -
Fixed Fee (Fixed Fee)It is a fixed fee agreed at the outset for work of a specific scope, such as litigation, contract drafting or legal management of a specific project. This fee is determined taking into account the complexity and anticipated duration of the work and is clearly stated in our Legal Advice and Advocacy Agreement. -
Relative Wage (Wage Based on Achievement)For lawsuits and proceedings whose subject matter can be measured in money, in addition to the fixed fee, a percentage of the value obtained at the end of the lawsuit or proceeding is determined within the legal limits set by the Attorneyship Law (not exceeding 25%).
Important Note The legal attorney fee imposed on the other party by the courts is completely independent of the fee determined by the contract between us and belongs to the lawyer by law.
The attorney's fee does not cover expenses such as fees, notification expenses, expert witness fees, discovery costs, travel and accommodation expenses that must be incurred during litigation and follow-up processes. Such costs are borne by the client and can be requested before the start of the process or documented and requested during the process.
You can make all your fee and expense payments via wire transfer or EFT to our bank accounts below. Specifying your name, surname and file number in the explanation section when making a payment will ensure faster and error-free follow-up of the transactions.
